Quality control

We take a great deal of care in our work, if you ever experience any problems with the installation, no matter how small, please get in touch and we'll rectify the issue asap. Vinyl lettering and wraps, if installed correctly, shouldn't peel or come off the vehicle, although in rare cases this can happen, if the condition of your vehicle will impair the life of your wrap we'll inform you before installation. 

Quotes

All quotes and estimates exclude VAT (where applicable), are valid for 30 days, and are subject to sight of artwork. We take a 50% deposit before commencing work and the remainder on completion of the project. Material prices are subject to change.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to a non-negotiable 50% deposit unless agreed otherwise. Once agreed, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or re-bookings. Failure to notify us within that timeframe may render your deposit un-refundable. In the event that we are no longer able to fulfil your appointment, a full refund can be initiated or a new slot can be booked at your convenience. Once the job is complete and agreed to be successful by both parties, we take the remaining sum, which can be paid by card, cash or bank transfer. All costs are subject to VAT.
